Bio:

Qiao(Nicole) Liu

I am a graduate student in Computer Science at San Jose State University, expecting graduation in December 2017. The major courses I have taken include Design and Analysis of Algorithms, Object Oriented Design, Information Retrieval, Server-side Web Development, and Topics in Big Data. I have programming experience in web applications, search engine, OOD project, and machine learning projects.

My Master's project is "Word Sense Determination from Wikipedia Data Using Neural Networks". In this NLP project, I use a modular model, consist of a neural-network-based language model and a classifier, to classify the sense of words to be disambiguated. For more information about this project, please refer to Word Sense Determination from Wikipedia Data Using Neural Networks
