Integrate existing Question Answering System Patch

Description: An existing Question Answering System patch for Yioop was developed by Niravkumar Patel. The aim of the deliverable was to integrate the patch in Yioop. I revisited the patch, modifying it by removing some repeated code and also making it comply with the coding guidelines set for Yioop.
