James Keesey Bio

James Keesey is pursuing his Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from San Jose State University. In between classes, he works full time as a software engineer for Vendavo, a start-up company developing pricing software. Before Vendavo, James worked for IBM for ten years. While at IBM, James applied for six patents. To date he has been awarded three.

James began his computer career at Four Phase Systems (later Motorola), where his father would take him to practice programming in machine and assembly language. Then the PC came out, and James has been dabbling in programming in a couple dozen languages ever since.

James has lived in the Bay Area his entire life. Currently, he resides with his wife and two guinea pigs in Sunnyvale.
