Nobody had a perfect score for Hw4. I selected from amongst these one to post as a solution. The student or students that had their homework chosen received 1 bonus point after curving for having their homework selected. If you were chosen and would rather your homework not be used as the solution let me know and I will choose someone else's homework and they will receive the bonus point instead. The solution I chose only had some minor issue: (1) the ways integers were encoded in news_data.txt was not as 4 bytes, but rather some inefficient format, (2) I had to add semi-colon at the end of SQL statements in health.sql to get it to work properly.
