The following is the submission checklist for 
caesar_1.pl
-----------------------------------------------------------
1. in your home directory, create a subdirectory called pw2
2. place caesar_1.pl, input.txt, encoded.txt and brute.txt
   into pw2 directory.
3. make sure caesar_1.pl has the comment header with your
   copyright.
4. on the "Implementation requirements" page of Programming
   Workshop Two, circle the items you wish me to grade:
   #10 (10 points)
   #11 (3 bonus points)
5. write your name on the programming workshop two
   handout. Submit both pages of the handout for grading.
6. note that the files with the timestamp of later than 11:05am
   will not be graded, ie. you have until 11:05am to prepare your
   program for grading.
