Applying for the Summer University Program

Each year the San Jose State University Computer Science Department selects ten students to participate in the Summer University program. Applicants should have upper division or graduate standing in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering. Students need not be students at San Jose State. In the past applicants have been selected from San Francisco State, Arizona State, and other universities.

Attach portions of your transcript showing the upper division and graduate level computer science courses you have taken at your current university. (Unofficial transcripts okay.) If you do not receive confirmation that your application was received within 3 days, then please contact the Computer Science Department office.

Decisions and notifications will be made within 10 days of the deadline.
