Bio : Shailesh Padave

My name is Shailesh Padave. I earned my Bachelors Degree from University of Pune,India. I am perusing M.S. in Computer Science at San Jose State University. Currently I am working as a Software Developer Intern at HP software in Cloud computing . My area of expertise are in Java, Hibernate, Jenkins, JavaScript & Ajax. Previously I have worked in Tata Consultancy Services in India as a Software Developer on two projects. My interests are in Cloud Computing, Database Management and Information Retrieval.

I am working with Dr. Pollett to enhance the Query Expansion technique in Yioop!. Yioop is a PHP search engine and open source developed by Dr. Pollett. We would like to incorporate WordNet in an Information Retrieval System. Please refer to my CS297 Project Proposal for more details.
