Deliverable 3: See capabilities of NutchWAX and WERA

Description: Tested working of NutchWAX and WERA.

Working of NutchWAX: NutchWAX is variant of Nutch to crawl through arc files instead of open web and generate index based on those arc files.

Working of WERA: WERA is used as search tool to search through the index provided by NutchWAX.
