To create a solution set, I select problem solutions from the one or more people who the grader said did well on the assignment. Let me make some minor remarks on this solution: (1) For the history part of the assignment, it would have been good to look up other sources than Wikipedia. The library has manuals for all of the relevant programming languages. (2) For the C++ coding guidelines ther is a specific template format for the comments at the start of each file. Make sure to use it.
