The first project is to research a family of competing applications or specifications and write a specification for a new application. Your specification should be half way between a RAD document and a mini-thesis. It should include a helpful survey of the existing problem and existing technology before getting into use cases and domain models.
You will also deliver a brief presentation of your application in class.
You may choose from the following list of suggestions or pick one of your own, but you must get approval from me.
You will submit your report and give a brief power point presentation on 10/13.
