Post Grammar Test

Objective:

To provide a screen that ensures college level writing and is a baseline for tutorials and texts assigned in class. To provide a benchmark for students to gage industry grammar standards. To correlate impromptu language skills with a basic understanding of proper English sentence structure.

Assignment Goals (purpose):

Upon successful completion of the examination, students should be able to:

• Understand a detailed and sequential logical process that is determined by a series of questions that constructs an independent clause. Without the above-mentioned process, it is impossible to determine what part of speech a word is until its function is determined in the sentence.
• Mastery of the English language by attaching knowledge of the unusual cases.
